      As Customer Sales Advisor, you’ll be the first point of contact for all potential new customers, whether that’s face to face, over the phone or picking up on enquiries that come through by email, social media or the website.

      You’ll be someone who’s quick to make a positive first impression by being responsive, professional and helpful however a new customer initially gets in touch. You’ll then work closely with them to understand what it is they are looking for, what products you have that match their requirements or suggesting alternatives where appropriate.

      Although this is a predominantly office-based role, there will be times when you’ll need to go on customer visits. However, you’ll be managing your own diary for both office-based and site appointments.

      Once you’ve confirmed the customer’s requirements, you’ll pull together the supporting quotation and work closely with them to refine and change it as necessary.

      The type of product this company sells would suit someone with a keen eye for detail (this is a must have) and of course full training will be given. Fundamentally, this company prides itself on the quality of service it provides and this role (you) will be pivotal to that.

      As Senior Account Manager, you’ll have overall responsibility for some of this marketing agency’s key accounts that are prestigious, market leaders in their field.       Initially this role will cover maternity leave, and while not guaranteed, there’s a good chance this position will continue after this initial period. You’ll often be leading client meetings at board level and be someone who’s able to look objectively at their plans, challenge them if necessary and suggest thought through, credible alternatives when required. In other words, they’re looking for a real strategic thinker, who’s able to command respect from the clients they work with.

      You’ll be managing the client’s budget and while making sure it’s delivering a great return on investment, you’ll also be making sure it’s profitable for the agency too.

      The organisation is looking at this position to have a January start date, to allow enough time for a detailed handover.

      This role is the first step into a great career with a company who like to promote from within. We are looking for someone who has some experience selling technical products and services within a B2B environment. Whilst we are looking for experience we don’t need heaps, just enough background to understand the sales process and proven results in terms of qualifying leads.

      You’ll be working from the company CRM system and ultimately making appointments for the field sales team. There are clear goals with career progression linked to them leading ultimately to a role within field sales, unless you’d prefer of course to remain office based! The company have a great reputation and great leadership – and are well established.

      We are looking for someone professional with good communication skills and an outgoing personality. Someone who has a strong desire to learn, progress and work to targets.       This is an Account Manager role looking after/managing specific client accounts. Your role is very much to look after/service the client and be their first point of contact, ensure they are happy with the service being provided, resolve their problems and look for further opportunities to do business together. The role will focus on picking up inbound enquiries (mainly through the website) and guide the client through the process from start to finish and beyond.

      This is very much a customer service/relationship management role, although you’ll be expected to spot sales opportunities and offer relevant support as necessary in the course of your working day.

      My client, is looking for someone to head up a new division within their sales function.   You will, as the Senior Business Development Manager, be fully accountable for both the strategy and delivery within this area. This is a senior role within the business reporting in at the highest level and part of the Senior Management Team.  It’s an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to join an established, reputable, company but also take a lead in driving forward a new arm of the business.

      Our international client really are a leader in their field, and they’re growing year on year! The company are looking to take on a Digital Designer to join their Studio team, which is made up of another designer and a Studio Manager, which sits within the company’s wider Marketing team.

      Your focus will be to develop the company’s web based resources and to come up with fresh ideas to develop their web functionality and grow their online engagement. You’ll also get involved with creating print, video and photographic marketing materials too.

      As the Digital Designer you will be getting involved with:

      • Creating web banners, e-mail and web landing pages to support key landing pages which promote the company’s products and activities

      For the Systems Engineer role we’re looking for the following skills and experience:

      •  Someone from a managed services background would be highly beneficial
      • Confident with Windows operating systems
      • Project implementation experience
      • Previous experience working with software and hardware suppliers
      • Experience with network troubleshooting tools and networks including routers and switches, TCP/IP, MS Exchange, AD, Antivirus software and Backup solutions
