You will be joining a busy department that focus on a variety of vacancies. Project Manager (3 month contract)

As Project Manager you’ll be responsible for defining, planning, tracking and managing a range of projects. You’ll be responsible for identifying the key resources you need and providing direction in order to meet the project objectives.

Business Support Administrator

We’re on the look out for an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to join this awesome company at their Head Office in beautiful South Devon. If you like a bit of variety in your work, this could be for you!

Part of your role will be providing support to customers. You’ll be their first point of contact if there are any issues and be the person to try and resolve the issue over the phone. This isn’t an IT support role, it is more coordinating the tech backup and support. You’ll be given full training and support on the product, so you will have the knowledge and information to talk to customers with confidence.

If the problem can’t be resolved, you’ll make arrangements for technical support to visit the customer on site and make sure that anything they need to support getting the problem resolved is ordered and shipped.

You’ll also be making calls to customers to arrange for annual safety and service checks, additional training they might need etc.

Coupled with the support that you’ll be providing over the phone, you’ll also get involved with supporting the activities at the Head Office. This could include providing getting involved with customer training – for example making sure the facilities are ready and the right materials are to hand. There will also be times when you’ll be ‘front of house’ to meet and greet customers and other visitors.

Sales Manager

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to join this well established and hugely successful establishment that specialises in a range of high end, high value products.

You’ll be managing a small team of successful sales consultants as well as being responsible for the day to day running of the site too.

As well as the management side, you’ll also be expected to achieve a sales target. You’re someone with significant sales experience who’s incredibly comfortable selling products primarily to consumers but to businesses too. Two thirds of sales are currently achieved over the phone, however face to face will still form a significant part of this role.

You’ll be extremely presentable as you’ll be meeting and greeting customers regularly. Being retail based, you’ll be good at engaging with and adapting to a wide range of people. You’re not judgemental and know instinctively how to make everyone who walks through the door feel they’re a valued customer.

When you’re not engaged in face to face activity, this is when you’ll get the time to be on the phone to existing and potential customers. There’s already an extremely loyal customer base however you’ll be expected to bring in your own clients over time too.

Full training will be given on the products – so your industry background is to an extent less relevant – however an absolute must is having that combination of face to face and phone sales experience, coupled with experience of managing a team.

In return there’s a good base salary with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission. While there’s a target to hit – this are realistic and achievable.

Systems Desk Engineer

As Systems Desk Engineer, you’ll be providing technical support for this company’s customers as well as their own team, remotely and on site where needs be.

Reporting to the Managed Services Director, you’ll be logging calls and providing support in a number of ways – for example over the phone and by email. You’ll resolve the issues where possible and escalate if required. As someone with great communication skills, you’ll be all about delivering a first class service!

This role is a varied one and fast-paced, and as well as providing helpdesk support, you’ll also get involved with project work too. This could include implementing IT solutions, doing upgrades or replacing hardware.

You’ll be someone who’s keen to develop their understanding of the latest technologies and solutions too.

Your skills and experience as Systems Desk Engineer will include:

• Someone from a managed services background would be ideal
