This is a rare opportunity for a talented, outgoing individual to join an exciting start up within the Primary Care sector. Our client is a UK start up of an incredibly successful international company who specialise in SaaS (software as a service) and will see a rapid national growth with an office based in Exeter. They are looking for the first members of this integral team to drive the first year’s success.
This is a broad Account Manager role that will also see you assessing existing customer’s ongoing training needs and plan and manage them as required. You’ll be working along side the sales executive to grow existing accounts that’ll involve frequent visits to customers to do this. You can be based from home as you’ll often be travelling around the UK however the UK office will be Exeter. The beauty of the role is the ability to shape and mould processes and procedures, allowing you to build training programmes and defining how they are delivered. You will have material from the other bases internationally to draw inspiration from; however your processes will need to fit the UK market.
To be successful in this role you need to be someone with exceptional attention to detail, communication and organisation skills. You will be busy! In the first year it’s expected that you’ll be managing at least 100 accounts across the UK, keeping on top of their progress and making sure their training and software needs are up to date. As mentioned this is a role which entails a lot of travel so you must be someone with ambition and initiative and happy to occasionally work outside of set hours.
We are looking for someone bubbly, approachable but equally dedicated and ‘on the ball’. You must have a background dealing with client accounts OR be someone from the healthcare sector looking to make a change but with relevant transferable skills.
Salary: £25k - £32k
