We’re recruiting for a fast-growing and innovative tech-for-good company who are looking to recruit a Test Analyst to join their development team. They’re always striving to improve their technology and they have ambitious plans ahead. Fantastic software testing is a really important part of this process, so your role will be key in helping to deliver high-quality, bug free software.

Working closely with the Test Manager and collaborating with the team of developers, as well as other business stakeholders, your duties will include testing cross-platform applications and verifying new features, whilst ensuring existing functionality continues to work. You’ll become an expert in all of the company’s products and how they should behave. You’ll maintain and improve the company’s test cases, designing, documenting and executing new tests as new functionality is implemented. You’ll also get hands-on experience of using, maintaining and helping develop their automated test suites.

Personality-wise you’ll have brilliant people skills and be someone who is comfortable asking lots of questions. You’ll have an eye for detail, a thorough and logical approach and you’ll use problem solving skills to find, analyse and report bugs. The company work very collaboratively, so you’ll be someone who enjoys working in this kind of environment and understands that good communication is key.
