What you’ll be doing:
Relationship building – this role is all about understanding your customer's need and ensuring your offering the right solution
Sales! – of course this is a sales role, so you’ll be working to targets and expected to convert the leads you’re given (majority inbound)
Estimating – also in the job title. There is a little more to this role than selling. You’ll be required to estimate and quote accurately based on your customer's need
Visits – you may well be required (or will want to) go out to meet your customers on site.
Coordinating – you’ll be your client’s main point of contact and as such will assist them in organising contactors and liaising with third parties involved in completing the project at hand
B2C & B2B – majority of your clients will be B2C, however you’ll also be dealing with business on a regular basis too
Who will you be?
Experience – we are looking for someone with solid sales experience, with a history of achieving targets and ideally consultative, working with customers from start to end
Approach – we are looking for someone ambitious and motivated but mainly focused on adding value, thrives when feeling great about what they do but is also driven by achieving target (and of course bonus)
Industry – we are fairly open but the ideal candidate will be from construction sales, kitchen design, interior sales (bedroom, bathroom etc.), renovations, property development.
Great face to face - you’ll meet all of your clients at some point in their buying processes, mostly at the critical point of winning the business, so confidence face to face is key
