The company specialise in providing specialist equipment and sit within the engineering & manufacturing space - without the work they do, many of us would have empty glasses on a Friday night at the local pub!
Build strong relationships with existing and new clients, understanding their needs and providing the very best solution
Working alongside a team of 5 to develop the business, increase revenue and retain accounts
No cold calling - this company gain their new business through referral or enquiries. Your job is to qualify, assess the need and provide support, guidance and ultimately secure the business, building long term trusted relationships
Visit your clients on site, get involved with what they do and what they are looking to achieve - 1 visit once a week or every other week
Develop your knowledge, learn from your peers and managers to progress your role and career
Who will you be?
Outgoing and passionate but with a considered approach - you'll be someone driven by adding value and have an interest in a technical consultative sell
At least a years’ experience selling B2B, ideally with an industry that requires a complex, bigger picture sell
Keen to learn and progress your career - you'll be someone who takes pride in being credible, using your knowledge to sell the right solutions
Passion for people, building relationships and enjoy projects
You'll have a high attention to detail and excellent listening skills
A degree in Engineering or related would be fantastic, but by no means a necessity
