Swimming Development Manager

The role: -

·        Improving communications between Head Office and the Aquatics workforce

·        Supporting the Head of Aquatics to ensure that the core programme remains fresh and relevant

·        Supporting with the development and extension of the programme.

·        Recruiting and training a team of Aquatics Champions.

·        Development and implementation of the quality & compliance programme across the network.

·        Training as a Teacher, Assessor and Senior Tutor.

·        Developing and implementing the Teacher Accreditation Programme.

·        Working with the Aquatics Team to develop and deliver the annual Teacher Conference.

 

What we’re looking for: -

·        A passionate, creative, and dedicated swimming instructor with a drive to develop their career by enhancing programmes for children across the world

·        Swim England Teacher qualified, ideally with 3+ years’ experience

·        Experience running projects from start to finish

·        The natural ability to communicate at all levels

·        Knowledge of putting together engaging swimming programmes and a desire to develop them to ensure the highest quality

·        Hard working but also fun! This role will be fast paced, but really rewarding and something to be really proud of
