Don’t worry if you’ve never worked in a tech job before- this role is designed for you! You will be working 4 days a week alongside the Service Desk team, learning everything you can from them and doing a lot of practical work to boost your knowledge base. The other 1 day a week you will be working on a number of courses including: CompTIA A+ & Network +, Microsoft 365, Azure etc. (these courses are all paid for by the company!). 

If you are someone who’s studied IT, has a passion for Tech, builds computers on your own time or can show any kind of aptitude and passion for Tech & IT then we want to hear from you! The contract will begin as an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract but once you’ve completed all your training the idea is that you’ll be ready to progress internally into the Service Desk team.
