  • Working closely with other departments and suppliers to analyse changes or incidents to uphold and improve the service to customers

  • Presenting complex designs, technologies and solutions to customers (both technical and non-technical) and articulating the associated features and benefits

  • Following suitable governance processes to ensure all solutions are fit for purpose, robust, reliable, deliverable and supportable

  • Providing the required documentation to enable the infrastructure to then be implemented and maintained

  • Designing network technical solutions and finding innovative working methods as needed in order to meet the customers’ requirements

We’re looking for the following skills and experience:

This includes exclusive retail discounts, life assurance and private medical insurance, a generous holiday entitlement and your birthday off work and more.

The role is remote, so you can be based anywhere in the UK and the working hours will typically be Monday to Friday, 9am to 5.30pm, although some work outside of these hours may be required from time to time. You’ll also join the on-call rota (1 in 4) which supports customers and their infrastructure 24/7.
