Who will you be? 

  • Experience: Looking for someone with a strong commercial background selling at C-suite level, ideally from a creative agency background. Current job title may be Account Director, Senior Account Manager. Everything this company does is bespoke so having that understanding and complex sales experience is key

  • Targets: This is a senior role, dealing with some fast moving, high value sales. We need you to be comfortable and used to annual targets c£1million

  • Personality: We are looking for someone with a revenue focus, coupled with curiosity and the want to build long term meaningful relationships. This is a role focused on retaining, managing and growing existing clients – all about pipeline, not one-off projects

  • Location: Anywhere! This role is remote and you’ll be given all the tools you need to set up the very best home office. There are satellite offices based in Devon, Bristol & London so close to these locations would be great, but by no means essential.

  • Team orientated: Following on from the point above, the only reason they’d encourage visiting these offices on occasion would be to meet and stay connected with your team. One vision to achieve together
