This is a brand-new Customer Service Advisor role for this well-established Exeter-based organisation who are seeing significant growth. The organisation is ready to interview now and are ideally looking for someone who can start immediately.
We’re looking for someone who’s incredibly organised who’s all about delivering an exceptional level of service to the company’s new and existing customers. You’ll be the first port of call, if there are any issues, that you’ll manage and coordinate from start to finish – until the customer’s completely satisfied with the resolution.
This will involve working with internal and external teams, arranging any equipment they may need to help resolve an issue and making sure customers are constantly kept up to date along the way.
Although there are existing procedures in place, as this is a brand-new role, you’ll be given the chance to make changes, to better improve the customer’s experience, if you see an opportunity to do so.
To be considered, you’ll need to have least two years’ recent experience in a technical customer service role and can demonstrate that you’re someone with an incredible eye for detail.
