This Sales Support role is a brand new, exciting opportunity, created by our client to assist their sales team as they begin their growth into new markets. They are a close knit, busy team looking for someone with real energy and passion to support them, especially when it comes to helping them meet deadlines and exceed targets.
This role will be varied, so we are looking for someone versatile who can adapt quickly, is confident talking on the phone and is highly detail orientated.
Your role as Sales Support will include:
General admin support for the sales team, that includes making travel arrangements
Logging new orders on the system and monitoring their progress, working with other teams to make sure they are on track and accurate
Responding to customer queries
Checking the accuracy of billing information being sent to customers, as well as the accuracy of customer information being held internally
Produce internal sales team reports
