The company are expanding their small sales team and see this next hire as a critical and key hire. You’ll be responsible for winning new business but also retaining the client relationship long term, to ensure renewal. Sales for this company is a mix of leveraging existing relationships, social selling via LinkedIn and networking, and whilst you’ll predominantly be selling into HR, you will be engaging with various other decision makers and stakeholders.

The target is very realistic and the financial rewards have been well considered to make sure that you feel well compensated. You’ll be reporting into a highly experienced leader who has an impressive background working for some big names within Tech and Software – so training, development and support will be on-point!

Things you need to know – you’ll be fully involved in the department and you’ll own the new business process. The office is near Milton Keynes, and whilst they’re happy for you to be remote ideally they’d like you close enough to the office so that they can also see you on a regular basis. Marketing will generate some leads for you, but you’ll also be expected to create new business opportunities.

They’re looking for someone who has experience in a solution based and consultative selling process, ideally within a learning services/change management/people change management or people advisory environment. You’ll also be comfortable talking to HR about a service that’s aimed at upskilling/retaining or attracting staff.
