The role is all about developing business, hunting new opportunities, creating rapport and relationships which will result in an appointment for a demo. The way in which you go about creating these opportunities will vary - phone, social, marketing, networking - so we are looking for someone who can think outside the box, proactive seek out new prospects and provide initial insight into the products and services you could offer. The environment is target driven, so someone who thrives off a challenge will see themselves earning well and progressing within the department and company as a whole.
We are open to previous experience; however, we are looking for a sparky personality and someone who has some experience working to KPIs – drive and determination to succeed will be some of your main attributes
Exceptional communication skills - as highlighted above, you’ll be reaching out to clients through a variety of channels so being clear, precise and engaging is key
An understanding of a sales funnel and a history of building a pipeline would be beneficial, as well as previous use of LinkedIn
This is all B2B sales, so a background of selling to or working within a B2B environment would be preferred, however not essential
