We are currently looking for an experienced Sales Co-ordinator to join this well-established, ever growing IT / Software company.

You will receive a competitive salary of £30-£35k, and be working remotely, with the occasional need to be office based, in Exeter. As the work is mainly remote, strong internet connection is vital for this role.

You will be working for a company that is a market leader in their field, and your working week will be Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00

The Sales Co-ordinator will be working as a key member of the sales team, aswell as direct support for the Chief Commercial Officer.

The main purpose of the role is to manage the data of the sales department, whilst working closely with the Contracts Manager. You will assist the sales team in all aspects and provide regular weekly and monthly reporting to the CCO.

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail, to make sure the sales team meets its objectives. You will have overall responsibility for the sales data, and you will work with the Contracts Manager and CCO to improve processes and procedures.

You will also be responsible for:

  • Monitoring the sales team opportunities, reporting on sales activities: work rate, targets, opportunities closed, and ensure CRM system is fully updated.

  • Closely monitoring CRM and ensure all staff are utilising it fully and accurately.

  • Liaising with all areas of the business to achieve a seamless and efficient operational process across the organisation, that focuses on customer satisfaction.

It is essential that you have Knowledge of using and administering NetSuite, SalesForce or similar high-end Sales CRM.
