We’re looking for someone who is upbeat, friendly and proactive to join a successful company as a Sales Administrator. Working from their Head Office in Exeter, you’ll support the Sales Executive to ensure the entire sales process runs smoothly. You’ll be generating quotes and raising sales/purchase orders, as well as checking stock and ensuring invoices are paid on time.
Someone with excellent organisation skills is a must as you’ll manage faults and repairs, liaising with engineers, booking appointments and ordering supplies as required.
There will be a requirement to help with inbound and outbound sales calls from time to time, particularly during busy periods or when the Sales Executive is on holiday so you’ll be someone who enjoys talking to new and existing customers over the phone.
Skills and experience required for the Sales Administrator role:
Excellent communication skills
A natural organiser and someone who uses their initiative
Previous sales experience is desirable due to the sales aspect of the role
Personable, friendly and a team player
Experience working in a technical industry would be advantageous, but not essential as training will be provided
