We are currently looking for a Returns Co-ordinator to join this Global manufacturing and wholesale company. You will be joining a company that employs over four hundred people worldwide.

You will receive a competitive salary of £18,500, and your working week will be Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00.

The company has been in business for over fifty years and comprises of trading companies worldwide.

The returns co-ordinator will be responsible for managing and updating the company warranty and returns system. You will also be responsible for the issue of returns to customers.

The ideal candidate will be excellent at updating records and systems, and will therefore have excellent attention to detail. You will be comfortable liaising with customers, keeping them updated on the returns process. Strong planning and organisational skills are essential, with the ability to prioritise workload.

You will need to have knowledge of Microsoft packages.

Other responsibilities will include;

  • Responding to e-mails from customers in a timely manner, entering them onto the returns system

  • Answering phone calls from customers reference returns

  • Using the process to evaluate return as acceptable for return/ or scrapping at source

  • Liaising with couriers to arrange collection/return of product

  • Working to deadlines
