We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and talented relationship manager to come onboard, hunt new business and develop existing client accounts. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to take that next step in their sales career, work autonomously and earn some fantastic commission. The role will be a mix of office, home and field based and we are looking for someone based in Devon to service the clients in the regions of Devon, Cornwall & Somerset.
This role is all about increasing revenue, spotting great new opportunities and capitalising on them. Relationships, as the title of the role suggests, are absolutely key to this role and you must be someone who is used to longer sales cycles and selling consultatively – understanding a need and offering the correct solution. Someone who is used to selling technical services/software/comms would be ideal, but more so we are looking for someone experienced in selling within the region who can hit the ground running bringing that new business on board.
You will be working alongside a smaller team but within a very well-established company who continue to grow. This role is essential in order to continue that growth. The ideal person will be motivated by targets, enjoys a challenge but equally has an approachable and ‘laid back’ personality, in order to build strong bonds with clients and the team alike.
