Are you someone who’s highly organised, with great attention to detail? This Production Administrator role will be working closely with the Production Manager and the wider team to oversee customer orders, to make sure they’re processed and dispatched, correctly.
This organisation has seen demand increase significantly over the last few months, which means you’ll love working in a busy nvironment. You’ll be an integral part of this team, keeping things running efficiently, to ensure the high quality of service the customers currently enjoy, is maintained.
What will you be doing?
Monitoring and responding to department emails
Making sure that internal systems and records are kept up to date – this will include reporting on order status e.g. orders not yet started/in progress/dispatched and stock movements
Managing the stock levels for the supplies needed to complete customers orders e.g. packaging
Labelling orders, once complete, ready for despatch
Liaising with distributors to arrange for the collection of orders that are ready for dispatch and that all the necessary documentation is in place
You’ll have some previous experience as an administrator who can show that you’re passionate about delivering a brilliant customer experience.
You’ll thrive on the detail! You’ll also be someone who enjoys juggling priorities and getting things done, to make sure deadlines are met. You’ll be a great communicator and good at building relationships with your team and with others in the wider organisation.
