As the Product Owner, you’ll be defining and owning the strategic product roadmap and end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of ongoing projects. Working closely with the rest of the Product team, you will ensure everyone is working towards the same goal.
What you’ll be doing:
Collaborating internally and externally to understand client needs and translate them into product requirements.
Prioritising work, managing the product backlog and delivering the product road map.
Developing user stories with acceptance criteria.
Assessing product progress at each stage of the process.
Liaising with the product team and end-users to deliver updates.
Getting involved with Scrum meetings and product sprints.
Contributing to shaping and defining the vision for the product.
Using a range of techniques to feed into product prioritisation e.g. data, analytics and customer feedback.
Communicating concept, sharing ideas and progress across the business and to clients.
What you’ll need:
Previous Product Owner experience with a strong focus on user centred design (ideally within a SaaS business)
Excellent communications skills, comfortable managing stakeholders at all levels and across different functions, and able to gently push back when needed.
A good understanding and experience of Scrum/Agile delivery
Well developed interpersonal and influencing skills, and someone who is self-motivated
