We are on the lookout for a CIPD Level 7 qualified, project focused, people specialist to come onboard and assist this organisation in some vital key changes taking place over the next 18 months. This role will see you working in a small HR team, focusing on employee relations and ensuring a stable environment throughout the changes taking place. We are looking for someone with a strong ER background as well and a good understanding of employment law, devising strategies and assisting in carrying them out.
The ideal person will have had experience working within the public sector, however this isn’t a necessity. You will be someone who thrives when challenged, has the ability to delegate and work alongside other consulting teams to ensure a smooth and easy process. The organisation consists of around 500 employees, has a strong and stable environment and a lovely team within HR who have a true passion for what they do and the people they employ.
