We’ve been working with this organisation for a number of years as they’ve continued to grow. They’re well established, super-successful and you’ll be warmly welcomed into their existing, energetic team.
They’re looking for someone to support the team admin-wise, that’ll include preparing documents, making sure that customer information and team’s whereabouts on the internal systems is accurate and up to date.
Diary management and making travel plans, throughout the UK, for the team will also be an important part of this role.
You’ll also be responsible for any customer enquiries – resolving them if you can or directing them to the right team, if not.
Essentially, they’re looking for someone who can be the ‘glue’ for the team, to make sure everything runs smoothly.
This is a hands-on job - perfect for someone who likes variety and is an expert at juggling priorities. If you’ve got a minimum of 3 years’ experience, Sky would love to hear from you!
As PA/ Administrator, your job will include
Making travel arrangements for the team, throughout the UK
Being an initial point of contact for customers over the phone - dealing with their enquiries yourself or making sure the enquiry is directed to the right internal team, if needs be
Team administrative support that’ll include preparing documentation, making sure customer information is kept up to date on the internal system, updating team diaries etc
Making sure that the office runs smoothly, for example, arranging for supplies, repairs or maintenance
We’re looking for someone who is

Ideally be able to demonstrate PA experience in a similar role - especially customer service and diary management
