Personality wise, you will be someone who is passionate, confident, tenacious, all the time helping with the structure and playing your part to achieve goals, by being task driven. My client is involved in a number of related businesses so being able to jump from one area of the business to another is essential, and of course making sure there are no conflicting timings/ meetings / presentations.
The role is on a part time basis, initially expected to be around 18 hours. It will mainly be on a virtual basis, but of course you will meet up (maybe once a week) and if you wish go along to meetings with clients.
To help, below are a list of areas that as a PA you will be involved with:
Actioning and filtering of Inbox
Arranging of diary for meetings and travel
Minute taking
Following up on action points and dates
Social Media profile raising
Putting together presentations
Reviewing contracts and highlighting pertinent points
Raising invoices
Organising of processes.
What are we looking for?
Proven PA experience, or senior business support role
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Hands on approach
Superb organisational skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills
Professional level verbal and written communications skills
Awareness of dealing with high level of confidentiality
‘Can do’ attitude.
