We are currently looking for a New Business Advisor to join this insurance provider with a difference.

You will be joining an award winning company that provides health insurance, life insurance and income protection. With a long history in putting customers and employees first, you will be working in a role where you will have that same attitude, providing exceptional advise and customer service.

As a new Business Advisor, you will be working Monday to Friday, with working hours on a rota. Hours are 08.00-16.00, 09.00-17.00 and 10.00-18.00. As well as your basic salary, this company offers additional benefits of an annual bonus scheme, private medical insurance, your birthday off as leave, Perkbox and free onsite parking. They also offer a blended approach to work, so once training is completed, you can have a hybrid work pattern, where some days can be remote. They offer excellent training, and are keen for employees to study towards qualifications if they wish.

As a new Business Advisor, you will be responsible for;

  • To process new business in an efficient manner, whilst ensuring that turnaround times and conversion rates from application to policy are maintained.

  • To handle calls, enquiries and requests in a timely manner, and in line with service level agreements.

  • To maintain a close working relationship with the Underwriters, Regional Account Managers and Account Executives, so that a seamless service is provided.

  • Undertaking training to develop skills and keep knowledge relevant and up to date.
    Coordinate communications between 3rd party suppliers and internal teams

The ideal candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office, a strong administrator and able to retain product information. You will also strong communication skills and be effective at building relationships.
