​​We're recruiting for Mobile App Developers at Junior, Mid or Senior levels - if you've got experience developing Android mobile apps (iOS would be a bonus) then we'd love to hear from you! With strong growth and exciting plans ahead, our Exeter (remote working will be considered) based client are looking for a new member to join their friendly team. They provide back office and mobile solutions, working with some of the biggest companies in their industry.

You will help to develop new functionality and systems as well as the maintenance of existing applications. Working alongside the software team to ensure that the integration between the software and mobile applications is seamless, you’ll take the process through from the design though to the deployment and implementation stages, as well as providing aftercare and support.

There's also the opportunity to get involved with coaching and mentoring less experienced developers, and generally working in collaboration with the various departments to deliver the best possible user experience.

​The skills and experience we're looking for:

  • An experienced App Developer who is confident with Android - iOS experience would be a bonus!

  • Prior experience with technical design, mobile application architectures, design patterns, UI/UX and app store submission requirements.

  • Knowledge of MySQL databases

  • Coaching experience is an advantage

  • You will be somebody who is hands-on, dynamic and autonomous

  • Ability to work to deadlines and juggle conflicting priorities

  • Android Studio

  • Java

  • Git / version control

  • RESTful APIs

Advantageous:

  • iOS including Objective C

  • Agile / Scrum / Jira

Please note: The company will look to approach a hybrid approach of home working and office working, so candidates based further afield will also be considered.
