Our client’s products have worked their way into Buckingham Palace and 15 other countries across the world. The company is going from strength to strength and they’re looking for a Marketing Manager to head up the department and take them to the next level.

As the Marketing Manager, you will take the lead in delivering impactful, resourceful, and brand-appropriate marketing, sales and communication strategies for the company that will support business growth.
Key responsibilities:
Strategic Marketing Strategy – identify key areas on how and where to market the business plus understand potential challenges
Brand Plan & Management – oversee the delivery of the brand plan with a focus on consistent creativity
Trade & Retail Marketing - Fulfil the trade promotional plan
Product Marketing - Play a key role in all NPD and EPD activity, contributing trend and insight work, plus lead all product marketing from start to launch
Commercial - Prepare and effectively manage the annual marketing budget and maximise the commercial outcome
Innovation - Identify new business, process, and revenue opportunities
Campaign Management - Overseeing the coordination, creation, and management of marketing campaigns
Content Creation + Brand Assets - Oversee outgoing content across all marketing channels
Required Experience:
Agency experience preferred
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a marketing role (preferably FMCG, retail, consumer, or hospitality)
Highly self-motivated & proactive
Strong communicator, able to deliver a compelling message as well as have poise and gravitas in all dealings
Great in communication, commercial acumen, brand management, customer experience/guest services, strategy, and analysis, digital and social, media and PR, event management, negotiating and influencing, stakeholder engagement, executive presence
Solid understanding of consumer behaviour, market trends and performance indicators
Demonstrates integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and compassion
