This is a really varied role working for a small business, on the outskirts of Exeter. Due to the continued growth of the company, they are looking for a Marketing and Admin. Assistant to join the team, on a part time basis (approximately 20 hours a week).
In short, your role will essentially be to provide administrative support to the marketing team and the wider business. Experience working with Microsoft Office is a must however you will be given support and training with the other aspects of the role and the packages they use. You will be someone who thrives on getting things done, to an exceptionally high standard.
What will my role of Marketing and Administrative Assistant involve?
Updating company the CRM system
Creating PowerPoints for internal and external use
Helping to draft the copy for marketing emails and sending out them out to existing and potential customers
Event management support, including client meetings and the diary management associated with that
Supporting the social media channels, drafting and scheduling posts
Market research, collating information and making it available to the wider team
1st point of contact for enquiries
Support the office manager in the day-to-day smooth running of organisation

Strong communication and organisational skills
Attention to detail
The ability to multi-task and schedule and prioritise your own work-load
First-class writing skills
Someone who's willing to support other members of the team when things are busy
As a minimum, you'll have grade C/5 in Maths and English .
As the role is part-time, the hours that the organisation's suggesting are (although there is some flexibility):
Monday 08:00-16:30
Tuesday 13:00 - 17:00
Wednesday 08:00-16:30
Thursday 08:00-16:30
Friday 08:00- 12:00
