We are on the lookout for an ambitious, proactive and dynamic software account manager to join our hugely successful, growing client to hunt out new opportunities within their current client base. This role is all about road mapping your client’s journey, securing new projects and building relationships with each necessary department within the organisation. The services our client can offer are vast, so this role will require a real consultative sales approach, ensuring that no stone is left unturned, making sure that your accounts know the extent of how you can support them with their future development plans.
This role will report directly into the Head of Sales, who is focussed on increasing the current revenue stream. You'll be working towards set targets/KPI’s, reporting on progress regularly and as mentioned above, jumping on new projects within your accounts.
The ideal person will have come from a bespoke software, SAAS or IT background who has a proven track record of developing accounts, increasing sales and can demonstrate real hunger to succeed. The sales process can be long so you’ll need to be someone who views CRM as their bible, documenting everything, every step of the way. Being on the ball, enthusiastic and detailed will also be key in this role. A history of working with C-Suite Execs is also a must.
The role will be remote based but with occasional visits to the office in Devon, we ideally want someone living in the South West as this is where the majority of accounts are currently. There will be an expectation of meeting with your clients, however for now this will mostly be done virtually due to current circumstances.
