Inside Sales - New Business
Up to £28k + commission (OTE £40k) & bonus

We're working with a hugely successful, international client who truly are leaders in their field. This role has come about through growth, looking to add to their proactive sales team, focusing on developing new opportunities across the globe. Having worked with this client previously, we know you'd be joining a supportive, welcoming environment in a fantastic office space alongside a passionate, dedicated team.
The role:
Focused on generating new business opportunities, across the globe, using a consultative sales approach and getting sales over the line
Learning the ropes alongside long-standing account managers who know the industry like the back of their hand
Setting up meetings, virtually, with prospective clients to establish need and generate a great relationship
Working towards a set revenue target - nothing complex, just a straightforward figure monthly
Redevelop relationships with lapsed clients and following up on pre-qualified leads generated via a 3rd party agency
Work alongside the tenders team to support securing new contracts
Who you'll be:
Previous experience working with B2B clients, developing new business with proven success hitting and overachieving targets
We're looking for someone ambitious, who is always looking to develop their skill set, earn well and progress within a larger organisation that can offer a long a successful career
A hunter mentality is key for this role. You'll be resilient, confident in your ability but also a fantastic relationship builder who can win new clients over
A consultative sales approach, with a genuine interest in understanding your clients need
Comfortable working with clients across different countries Willing to learn - this will be a new industry to most people, so the want to truly know your products is essential
