​We’re currently recruiting for a Junior Web Developer to join an award-winning and ambitious design agency based in Exeter. As their portfolio and reputation continues to thrive, they’re after an extra pair of hands to help turn designs into high quality and responsive websites.

The office has a relaxed and friendly feel and the team are all very passionate about what they do which really shines through in their work. Being a smaller agency, it’s fast paced and busy - most of their clients are based locally, but they also work on national and international projects too. There will be heaps of variety as their clients work across a range of sectors including charities, solicitors, healthcare, hospitality and more!

They’re open to an exceptional graduate with a strong portfolio, but really, they’re after someone with at least a years’ experience in a Web Development role. You’ll be someone who is super enthusiastic, has an eye for detail and great communication skills.

Are you right for the role?

  • You’ll need at least a years’ experience in a Web Development role - if you’ve got experience working for a creative agency that’s even better!

  • You’ll have strong skills in responsive CSS, HTML, JavaScript and PHP and will also require and understanding of design and UX principles

  • Confident with the Adobe Creative Suite

  • Great time management skills and organisational ability

  • A relevant degree or qualification in an appropriate field

  • Experience with WordPress, E-Commerce platforms and CMS systems would be a bonus
