Junior Funding Consultant

Up to £30k DOE

Exeter/hybrid or remote

We are currently on the look out for two Junior Funding Consultants, to join our innovative, dynamic and growing client, at either entry level (graduate) or with some experience within project co-ordination or exposure to writing bids and/or tenders.

This role is all about supporting the senior consultants, project manage their client’s bids to gain funding for exciting, up and coming innovations mainly within the STEM sector. You’ll be someone who loves to research, write content based on facts you’ve uncovered and have exceptional attention to detail, taking real pride in the bids & projects you’re supporting on. This is a hugely rewarding role, as you’ll watch projects you’ve supported gain much needed funding to carry out life changing work.

The Role…..

What

Initially a support role, assisting with market research, formulating information, modify Gantt charts, working to timelines & deadlines and playing a key part in the full project life cycle.

Where

A remote role with office space in Exeter city centre for anyone who wishes to utilise. If you are a graduate new to the world of ‘office’ work, then ideally, we’d like you’ll be in the office at least once a week to benefit from the additional support – however open to fully remote and candidates across the UK.

Hours

Full time (Monday -Friday), but with heaps of flexibility around daily hours – this company are all about results, with an expectation that you’ll always kick into high-gear when nearing the final stages of a project to ensure deadlines are met.

Development

Collaborative team, who are always learning and evolving – this role requires adaptability, the understanding of when to ask for support and the willingness to always be learning something new. There are many progression paths on offer here, and this role will give you the tools and insight to understand which path is best for you – i.e. consultancy, project management, technical research are all up for grabs.
