We’re recruiting for a thriving business who are looking for a new member to join their internal IT team. Within this role you’ll be actively resolving allocated support tickets in line with SLA’s, as well as providing project support when required. The company has multiple sites so you’ll be supporting members of staff who are based in various locations.
Your role will involve:
Liaising with members of staff regarding hardware and software problems
Getting involved and supporting projects as required
Providing basic training on Microsoft desktop software
Supporting the maintenance of hardware location, configuration and IP address records
Maintaining software records and licenses
Sourcing, ordering and installing replacement parts as required
Assisting with all aspects of computing products, including printers, phones, laptops and PCs
The company are currently working remotely due to Covid-19, but longer term when restrictions ease there will be some requirement for you to work from the office. You’ll therefore need to live within a commutable distance of Exeter.
You’ll be working 37.5 hours a week Monday to Friday, and there are no on call duties.
