As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will support users all around the globe as well as supporting the team in the office. This is a hands-on role covering all aspects of IT support so we’re looking for someone who is keen to get stuck in and work hard!
Day to day you’ll be supporting your colleagues by resolving their issues quickly and effectively over the phone and by email. You’ll also ensure the ticketing system runs smoothly, ensuring each ticket is resolved, escalated or closed accordingly. This process will involve logging the calls, prioritising and assigning the tickets, and keeping everyone in the loop the whole time. As someone with great communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll be all about delivering IT support efficiently and to a high standard!
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
Excellent Customer Service skills
Prior experience in a similar role
Strong computer skills/Microsoft platforms
Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
Able to manage your own workload and prioritise
Strong written and verbal communication skills
