£30,000 up to £40,000 p.a. depending on experience, plus an array of benefits
37.5 per week Monday to Friday
Exeter, but open to hybrid or even remote working
Educated to Degree level or have equivalent working experience
Strong communicator / great interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with multiple levels of IT and business management.
Able to successfully influences diverse groups and teams in a complex, ambiguous and rapidly changing environment to deliver value-added solutions.
Effective working relationship with the business to ensure business requirements are accurately captured agreed and accepted.

We’re looking for two IT Analysts to join this rapidly growing, highly successful global eCommerce organisation based in Exeter. You’ll be someone who is has an in depth understanding of business areas that are supported by the systems and how to identify the required solutions to meet true business needs and requirements. It’ll be a real bonus if you’ve done this on a global scale too.
What you’ll be doing…
You’ll be responsible for leading the effort to understanding the business needs and identify how best to meet those needs. This role encompasses systems and data related activities as well general business. You’ll also support on-going project work, day-to-day operational needs (maintenance, fixes, enhancements, releases and small change requests) and performing data analysis. All within a SAFE AGILE environment.
Job functions and responsibilities:
Collaborate with key business and IT resources on requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, user acceptance, implementation, and documentation
Understand and translate business concepts to executable functional designs; ensure functional designs are executed as a viable solution to the business concept; ensuring module solution aligns and is compatible with overall architecture
Work with other analysts to understand integration points with other systems and communicate the impact of proposed system changes
Assist with estimations of new developments and enhancement requests (costs, benefits, resources).

Resolve incidents and complete service requests to the agreed service levels (SLA)
Work with the change management system to promote your changes through the environments to production
Monitor performance and provide responsive action to issues maintaining high level internal customer satisfaction
Ensure individual and team compliance with all policies and procedures including Sarbanes Oxley, IT and Security
Follow established governance processes and standards
