This is a brand-new role, created by our client as part of their next, exciting phase of growth. They are looking for an outgoing, ambitious new team member to come on board and help support the sales manager and their clients. The company is small, but busy and well established. They are leaders in service they provide.
The role is office based and will be a balanced mix of making outbound calls, following up inbound enquires and building relationships with your clients in the process. You will actively be following up on enquiries made through the website, email and social media. This is a varied role; whilst the focus is on driving business, you’ll also be trained on writing/delivering proposals and will also get to meet clients face to face occasionally too.
We are looking for someone with 1-2 years sales experience in a B2B environment. Someone who is self-motivated, driven and gets excited by securing new business. The team is small and some days you may find yourself in the office by yourself, so you must be proactive and enthusiastic. This company are all about their team, so do well and you will progress quickly. Although a part of role will be following up on warm leads, you must be someone who can actively pick up the phone, find new business, and cold call, jumping on new opportunities.
