This role is all about listening, understanding and providing the right solution for the customers needs, so we are therefore looking for someone empathetic who enjoys building a rapport and is happy holding in depth conversations over the phone.  

The role: 

  • As an advisor it will be your job to follow up on leads and generate revenue through selling the right insurance packages

  • The leads are 95% inbound and 5% through partner companies suggesting your services – all warm leads

  • You will be tasked to not only sell but also to put proposals  and quotes together based on the key information you’ve gathered – a high attention to detail is important for this purpose

  • As a new advisor you will be put through your diploma in Financial planning – fully paid for an supported along the way

  • The role is target driven, so you are aiming to achieve set task, individually and as a team – there are plenty of rewards for achieving both
