**This is an ongoing requirement - we'd always like to hear from you if you're considering a new HR Consultant role**

We are working with a global consultancy who are looking for a number of HR Consultants to join them to work on a wide variety of client projects, on an external basis.  Experience-wise, the roles available range from graduates, with a couple of years’ hands-on experience, through to Senior HR Consultants, with significant client-facing and HR transformational project management expertise.

Projects you will be working on cover the full spectrum of HR specialist areas, including talent and workforce strategy, process improvement, organisation design, technology, operations, HR analysis etc. Your role will be to work hand-in-hand with clients, as part of a wider project team, to develop and deliver transformational programmes aligned to those specialisms – either from start to finish or by managing key aspects of the overall project – depending on your area of expertise.

Ideally, you’ll come from an HR consulting background and be degree educated, however what’s more important is your passion and drive to help organisations transform their employee experience – no matter what HR aspect this is - for the better.  You’ll be ambitious, innovative and used to working to deadlines and someone that’s focussed on delivering exceptional quality work to the clients you’re engaged with, to enable them to improve performance, productivity and realise a great return on investment.

This organisation is passionate about providing support for your career development through structured training programmes and by working alongside experts in their field. There’s also an enhanced benefits package, on top of a highly competitive base salary, together with flexible options you that you can tailor, according to your needs.

Location-wise, you’ll typically be expected to work on-site with a client two or three days a week, with the remainder working from home. Therefore, you can be based anywhere in the UK, providing you’re willing to travel, as required.

If you’re an HR Professional, with a particular area of expertise, or would like to find out more about these opportunities and whether your skills and experience align, do get in touch with Toni for a confidential chat.
