We’re looking for an experienced HR Administrator to join this established, successful and growing organisation, on a temporary basis for three months. They’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, so please get in touch as soon as, if you’re interested in finding out more!
The role is to provide the wider HR team with general administrative support, to ease their current workload. Therefore, you’ll need to be someone who’s happy to get ‘hands on’ from day one. Amongst other things, you’ll get involved with handling general HR-related questions, where you will be signposting them to available resources, making sure that the internal HR system is accurate and up to date and pulling off reports.
Your workload will be given to you by the HR manager, so you will know what you need to achieve, and of course be fully supported.
Although this will be a predominantly home-based role, there might be a need to travel to and work in the office for a couple of days a week, if the wider team begins to do so as well, so you’ll need to be within commutable distance.
You will be provided with all the equipment you need and they have morning and afternoon meetings, so you’ll feel part of the team from day 1 and full training on their systems will be given.
