We’re looking for a HR Administrator to join a well-established, successful and growing organisation to work in their busy HR department. They’re looking for someone who can start as soon as possible, so please get in touch as soon as, if you’re interested in finding out more!
The role is to provide the wider HR team with general administrative support with their recruitment to ease their current workload. Therefore, you’ll need to be someone who’s confident and happy to get ‘hands on’ from day one.
You will be working closely with the HR Manager and joining a professional but good fun team of 3 within the business and you will be starting the recruitment process off by uploading roles onto the system, working with internal management to understand each hire needed and gaining approval before working with preferred suppliers to get the vacancies filled. You will then pick things back up at offer stage and support with all the admin associated and onboarding as well as various other HR duties.
Although this will be a predominantly home-based role, there might be a need to travel to and work in the office for a couple of days a week, if the wider team begins to do so as well, so you’ll need to be within commutable distance.
You will be provided with all the equipment you need and will be supported with your ongoing development by being put through your CIPD qualifications in order to progress within the business. There is a lot of project work so we are looking for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and has great attention to detail and able to prioritise their workload.
This role would particularly suit someone with 1-2 years’ experience within an office-based role who would like to forge a career in HR within a highly reputable company in the South Devon area.
