Our client is a fast growing SME in Exeter with a great reputation for integrity and performance, led by an inspirational MD. The company are highly regarded as the 'go to' company when it comes to telemarketing/lead generation/appointment making and other sales/marketing related services and have an enviable list of big brands as clients.
With high growth predicted for this, and next, year and with some big contract wins under their belt, they're looking to bring in a Head of Sales Operations as part of their evolution. This is a new role, that's part of the senior team, with responsibility for developing the delivery aspect of the company - looking at people, culture and process - and of course results!Tribus People
You'll be expected to grow and retain the delivery team in line with business needs, embed the right culture and behaviours, develop (and identify future) team leaders, use data to drive change and improve technology/systems/process.
This role would suit an inspirational leader with an operational background who's used to managing via managers. It's important you've either worked in sales in some capacity, or have an understand of sales process - and you're used to solving problems, innovating and managing change.
The company are happy to offer some flexibility around home working - although due to the nature of the role they would hope you'd be in the office for a large part of the working week.
