Autonomy & creativity: You really will have the ability to be develop your team in the way you wish, taking risks, adapting current strategies and coming up with innovative ways to acquire and retain customers

Progression: Reporting into the Directors, this role is a starting point to help them achieve their goals for the next 24 months but has heaps of potential after that
Team: Mentoring and growing a strong team of marketers & retention/acquisition executives, supporting them with goals, ideas and strategies and guiding them to reach them. Longer term growing the team, spotting potential and helping them go from strength-to-strength
Who will you be?
Experience: Ecommerce focused from a commercial perspective, with strong knowledge of Shopify, Klayvio, Magento or another similar ESP
A leader: This role is all about developing the team currently in the business, supporting them, noticing potential, and motivating them to achieve more
Marketing: A strong understanding of marketing activities that truly develop revenue, acquisition, and retention. Bring that knowledge to the table and running with new ideas
Commercial: You’ll be someone motivated by results, all about that bottom line and how you can increase it. With some big goals set out to achieve, you’ll see this as an exciting challenge
Passionate: The whole team love what they do and have a true passion for the company and industry they work in. To be a true team fit and leader, passion is a key trait we’ll be looking for
