We’re on the look-out for an experienced marketer, ideally someone who enjoys a mix of traditional and digital, and loves being the driving force behind the delivery of all marketing activity. Reporting into the Sales & Marketing Director, you will be leading the marketing team to deliver the strategy, sharing your insight and ensuring that the activity carried out brings in the desired results, generating leads for the sales team and continuing to grow the brand.
The company specialises in bespoke, consultative solutions for their clients and therefore we are looking for someone who is used to marketing B2B services and solutions, as opposed to products. Ideally, you’ll come from a tech, software, telecommunications, or consultancy background, with a real interest in innovative, forward-thinking solutions.
We aren’t necessarily looking for someone who is already in a Head of role, but someone in a management position who feels they are ready for their next step and challenge, is a strong leader and can demonstrate strong B2B marketing experience and knowledge. You’ll be heading up a department of 2, who are both focused on digital marketing activities, so we are keen to bring someone onboard with broad, generalist experience who can take the lead on more traditional focused activities, but also have strong digital knowledge to support your team too.
The company are remote first, which means you could be based anywhere in the UK. However, the rest of the team are based in Devon, local to the head office, so if you were also local that would be a benefit in terms of building strong internal relationships.
