What you’ll be doing in a nutshell:
Using a mix of qualitative and quantitative research to provide customer insight and digital analytics for a number of clients.
Supporting AB testing and optimisation roadmaps.
Looking into web analytics (Google Analytics), customer insights and optimisation.
Making sure all information and data is accurate, reliable, relevant, timely and presented in a way that clearly shows your hypothesis.
Communicating in a clear and concise way over the phone, by email and also in-person during presentations and briefings.
Skills and experience we’re looking for:
1:1 or 2:1 degree in Science or Mathematics subject
A passion for data and someone who takes pride in the quality of their work
Any previous work experience that has seen you working as part of a team and working to strict deadlines would be advantageous - that could be office work, hospitality, retail or anything else!
Familiarity or knowledge of Google Analytics or AB testing would be advantageous but is not essential
