As a Finance Assistant, your job will include
Deal with any inbound enquiries to the finance department as well as taking payments over the phone
Entering and raising sales invoices from diaries onto Sage 200
Liaising with customers when required to get relevant purchase order numbers
Sending out relevant client invoices, weekly
Bank and credit card reconciliation
Responsibility for the purchase ledger, sales ledger and all accounts queries for other associated companies
We’re looking for someone who
Has demonstrable experience within a finance/accounts related role
Has excellent accuracy and attention to detail
Has proven organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet and always be one step ahead
Is computer literate and can use the full Microsoft package as well as Sage 200
Is able to prioritise work and manage their time
With excellent customer service skills
Can solve any problems
