As a Finance Assistant, your job will include

  • Deal with any inbound enquiries to the finance department as well as taking payments over the phone

  • Entering and raising sales invoices from diaries onto Sage 200

  • Liaising with customers when required to get relevant purchase order numbers

  • Sending out relevant client invoices, weekly

  • Bank and credit card reconciliation

  • Responsibility for the purchase ledger, sales ledger and all accounts queries for other associated companies

We’re looking for someone who

  • Has demonstrable experience within a finance/accounts related role

  • Has excellent accuracy and attention to detail

  • Has proven organisational skills and the ability to think on your feet and always be one step ahead

  • Is computer literate and can use the full Microsoft package as well as Sage 200

  • Is able to prioritise work and manage their time

  • With excellent customer service skills

  • Can solve any problems
