This is a great opportunity to join our hugely successful, local client. In this role you will act as a conduit between customers and the client, working in conjunction with the export sales team to grow sales and ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. You’ll be joining a team of 5 in the Export division of the business, so will have a close tight knit team working alongside you.

You will be providing immediate customer service and support by phone and email and helping customers to identify the most appropriate product for their needs. You will also work closely with the different internal teams to make sure that all financing and quality control issues are dealt with as well managing the customer relationships with regards to order progressing and tracking of shipping. 

We are looking for someone with a strong commercial awareness who has experience in a customer focused role. This role would suit someone who has a high attention to detail and a strong ability to prioritise and organise their time whilst working under pressure. If you are fluent in either French, Spanish or Arabic that would be a huge bonus!
