We’re really busy on the Executive Search/Senior Recruitment side of Tribus People and with lots more work coming in, we’re looking for someone experienced to join our team. We work exclusively on retained, leadership level, recruitment projects for growing organisations in the UK and use world class measurement and diagnostic tools to support the process.
We’re looking for someone based in the South West, who already has a track record/strong reputation within the recruitment space, who wants to develop their career in search (or away from the traditional contingent recruitment model!) and into the broader talent development space. There’s lot of training, development and support to ensure you have a happy and rewarding career in the long term with us.
You’ll be joining an experienced, well networked and ambitious team, who are quickly growing an exciting model that’s new to the industry and focused around attraction, recruitment and development.
