**Please note that this role is being managed by our sister organisation, Tribus People and if you apply for this role, your information will be sent directly to their team**
Our client is a fast growing social enterprise with a global presence – their work is incredible and the CEO hugely inspiring. We’re helping them build a senior team in the South West and part of this brief is to find a Executive Assistant to support the CEO and the wider senior team.
As you’d expect, this role will be a varied and therefore we’re looking for someone who’s highly organised – this role’s going to ideally suit someone with an extensive EA/PA or project management background. What’s absolutely key, however, is being highly organised. This is a role that requires complex diary management, international travel management, project work and managing conflicting priorities.
Fundamentally, you’ll be all about enabling/supporting the CEO to focus on the priorities for the organisation as a whole. You’ll be quick to understand workload and priorities and intuitively be able to manage information flow to the CEO, in order that their time is used effectively – especially when it comes to hitting deadlines.
As you’ll be working closely with internal teams, as well as a broad range of people externally (UK and Internationally) it goes without saying that you’ll be someone who’s good at building and managing positive working relationships and an excellent communicator. You’ll be someone who’s confident when it’s needed, but equally mindful of not undermining the great relationships that are already in place.
Ideally you’ll be located in the South West or London and while travel is obviously currently restricted, you’ll be happy to travel on occasion, sometimes internationally, once restrictions are eased.
