Exeter based – Lots of flexibility to work from home or the office.

£26,000pa

The role

You’ll be the type of person that loves getting to grips with run rates, stock levels, franchise orders, business change impact, ecommerce trends and ensuring that product is always available for purchase.


Some of the brilliant things you’ll be doing, will be:
 

  • Managing stock levels across the product range and different distribution channels

  • Managing all 3rd party supplier relationships for product procurement, warehousing and distribution

  • Being mindful of supply chain continuous improvements to promote efficiencies at all levels.

  • Getting involved in researching and launching new product lines.

  • Taking the lead on Amazon, working with the Digital Manager to assist with sales trends and growing the product range available

  • Managing customer queries related to product and product orders through all channels

  • Ensuring that product information (including safety documentation) is updated and accurate across all sales channels. Providing updates to the wider marketing team so that collateral and sales channels can be kept up to date

  • Supporting the Head of Marketing & Retail in new strategy development to grow the retail business both on and offline

  • Implementing price updates on all systems plus stakeholder communications

  • Reviewing and reporting on sales volumes and order volumes

  • Monitoring franchise purchases trends

  • Ensuring all operations manuals and training documents are kept up to date and continually improved

  • Processing all Retail-related invoices and recharges, organising team meetings, sorting franchise start-up kits.

  • Sharing in the responsibility for driving great network execution for all projects, regardless of lead

To be the perfect fit, you’ll be

  • Team player & exceptional communication skills

  • Superb attention to detail

  • Great practical knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, in particular Excel

  • A passion for products and operations/logistics

  • Experience of liaising with suppliers

  • Experience of stock control systems

  • Resilient, solution orientated with a good sense of humour

  • Diploma or equivalent professional qualification – in a subject such as Business, Marketing, Product Development, Sales

  • Presentation skills

  • A desire to constantly learn and improve

  • A positive outlook

  • Full Clean Driving Licence

A real bonus would be: 

  • Previous experience of selling on Amazon

  • Previous customer service experience, both on and offline

  • Previous sales experience within a customer-focused environment an advantage
