You’ll be someone who’s at the start of their eCommerce career or has some experience (Maybe a merchandiser or digital role) and looking to take the next step. Therefore, you do not have to have work-based experience, however you’ll be someone who shows a genuine passion for the marketing, online selling and eCommerce. There will be plenty of scope for you to put forward ideas and make a real impact, working on content, campaigns and other promotional activity with experts in their field and who are passionate about what they do. 

The team will be able to provide all the support you need to help you reach your professional goals in eCommerce.

As the eCommerce Co-ordinator this is some of what you’ll learn and get involved in:

Supporting the eCommerce (Website) platform including administration, maintenance and development

  • Working with the design team to assisting with designing, testing and evaluating the website features

  • As part of the wider team play an active part in optimising user journey, that result in sales

  • Interpret sales data and produce recommendations/actions

  • Be the point of contact for any data website functionality issues

You’ll be someone with a great eye for detail, who is ambitious and keen to develop your skills within an organisation. For the right person, progression opportunities will be on the cards as the business continues to grow.

Remote working options - with 2 days a week in the office and availability to attend meetings in Exeter up to twice per month.
