​Ecommerce Assistant

£11.67 - £12.73 per hour DOE

Part-time role with overtime opportunities

We have the pleasure of working with this thriving independent business. Well established and respected in their field, they operate both online and offline in B2B and B2C sectors. This role is based just outside of Exeter in a fantastic location with on-site parking. As the business has continued to grow, they now have the need for an ecommerce assistant based at their office/warehouse.

Responsibilities will include:

·        Responding to customer queries and enquiries.

·        Monitor and reply to Trust Pilot reviews ensuring the business maintains its high rating.

·        Management of web orders and dispatch information.

·        Keep customers informed of their deliveries and orders, dealing with any issues that may occur or escalating where required.

·        Ensure stock availability information is correct on the website and to wholesale customers.

The perfect candidate will be:

·        A good communicator

·        Capable of taking their own initiative and being a team player

·        Someone with a positive attitude and good people skills

·        Solid IT and literacy skills

·        Weekend availability essential
